Good news! The kañooh framework contract has been extended by one year! The framework contract can be used until 3 December 2020 for websites, hosting and online services, without tendering.
Paddle won the kañooh framework contract in 2012, for a term of 7 years, up to 3 December 2019. As a result of good cooperation and smooth operation, the Flemish Government has now decided to extend the framework contract by one year, until 3 December 2020.
What will happen after 3 December 2020?
When the framework contract expires, we will continue to support the Paddle CMS. We will also continue to offer the hosting options and our online services. The only difference is that you will no longer be able to place any orders through the framework contract, and that contracts will instead be entered into directly between Paddle and the public services, as is the case for many of your current suppliers. The sums involved are in any case well below the thresholds for putting out to tender.

What can be done with the framework contract?
Building a website with the Paddle CMS
Our Content Management System (CMS) for building websites is already used by more than 350 websites and is therefore also ready for you to use, with more than 40 modules. As a result, we can jointly make a quick start. Our user-friendly CMS does not require any technical know-how and enables you to maintain and expand your website easily. More than 1800 of your colleagues already work with our CMS.
There is also scope for customising and custom development under the framework contract. Do you wish to add particular functions or applications that we do not yet offer? You can order that too through the kañooh framework contract.

You obviously do not build a website from scratch, there's more to it than that.
