Why was a new website needed for Zorg Leuven?
The website as a whole needed renewal. The search function on the old website didn't feel organic enough and needed to be more user-centric. The website also needed to look much fresher, and the graphic design had to be powerful at the same time. Additionally, there needed to be a reference to our care pillars on the website. We had a tight deadline, so we got started right away.
How do you find the personal guidance and support from Paddle?
The central project manager, Alexander, was always there for us during the project. After the launch, my colleagues and I can always contact the helpdesk. Our collaboration was very pleasant, and we could act quickly thanks to the central role of the project manager. The "writing for the web" and "CMS" training sessions allowed us to get started immediately and went very smoothly. This was necessary to meet our tight deadline.
How did you come across the Paddle CMS Platform as a Content Management System?
We learned about the Paddle CMS Platform through the VERA framework agreement for digital communication tools, awarded to AUSY with the Paddle CMS Platform.
This highlighted the variety of possibilities in the Paddle CMS Platform. With the Paddle CMS Platform, you have a wide range of modules and integrations, meeting the needs of the healthcare sector, local governments, and other sectors as well. Additionally, custom development is available.
How was the powerful graphic design created?
We worked hard on it together. After our internal exercise, the designers at Paddle started working on the graphic design. It was an immediate hit. Paddle knew how to perfectly execute our wishes.

Which module or integration saves you the most time?
In addition to the available modules and integrations, custom development is also available. Our recruitment department uses CVWarehouse, where employees used to place the vacancy in the software and manually add it to the website.
With the new integration to CVWarehouse, that's a thing of the past. We save time because the vacancies now automatically appear on the website.
