🚀 Paddle.be develops its own Content Management System (CMS), currently used by more than 500 public-sector organisations across Flanders and Brussels, including local authorities, public bodies, schools and hospitals.
Our platform is constantly evolving, shaped by close collaboration with our community and customer feedback.
We are looking for a Junior Customer Success Manager who enjoys supporting customers, working closely with colleagues and communicating clearly. The role brings together:
- Customer support & customer success
- Internal sales support (quotations & reporting)
- Email marketing (newsletters & release notes)

The role
1) Customer support & customer success (± 35%)
You help customers use our CMS with confidence and ensure clear, reliable follow-up.
- Supporting project managers in managing existing customers
- Handling smaller customer requests and changes independently
- Assisting first-line support through our helpdesk
- Making minor CMS changes and configurations (after training)
- Helping structure internal tasks and documentation (tickets, briefings, checklists)
2) Internal sales support (±30%)
You work closely with the Account Manager to ensure quotes are accurate, consistent and delivered on time.
- Preparing and sending standard quotes for licence renewals
- Contributing to larger proposals and tenders, from requirements analysis to final submission
- Assisting with monthly reporting
- Helping maintain templates and standard content
3) Email marketing (± 35%)
You support clear and effective communication with our customers.
- Creating and sending newsletters to existing clients
- Writing and editing technical release notes in clear, customer-friendly language
- Turning ideas into practical communications
- Supporting the planning and follow-up of marketing activities

About you
You are hands-on, organised and keen to learn. You enjoy writing and explaining things clearly, even when the content is technical. You are comfortable in a role that involves frequent communication and collaboration.
Must-have
- Excellent written Dutch and strong professional writing skills in English
- A structured approach and good prioritisation skills
- Professional communication with customers and colleagues
- Ability to work independently while seeking alignment when needed
- Experience with a CMS and/or email marketing or newsletter tools
- Interest in websites, UX, digital communication and the public sector
Nice-to-have
- Knowledge of French is an advantage
- Initial experience in customer support, customer success or web projects
- An interest in quotations and tenders (including internships or student roles)
